• Ability to quickly establish relationship via phone: build rapport with customer, show empathy for their frustrations or concerns, and resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and voice quality.
• Ability to create a positive customer experience
• Computer literate – successful candidates have the ability to navigate among multiple browser windows, software applications and other web-based systems.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Ability to provide customer service via email. Good English grammar and spelling is important. The email management software includes pre- written responses that can be inserted with a few clicks.
• Ability to create a positive customer experience.
• Function comfortably in a performance-based environment where calls are monitored, recorded and assessed.
Minimum requirements
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience, home-based call center is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Technical Requirements
• Computer running Windows Operating System (XP, Vista or Windows 7). Mac’s are not compatible
• Internet Explorer 7 or greater
• DSL or Cable internet
• Landline Telephone
• Current antivirus and antispyware
• Installed and operating firewall
Shifts
Shifts will vary depending on the client and program hours. We are open 7 days a week 365 days per year, and typically if shift includes a holiday it is expected that agents will work that day. Most positions require at least one weekend day.
